( https://www.facebook.com/events/2268634070602862 )\nFinnish guitar virtuoso, musical visionary, multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Timo Tolkki is coming to Zagreb on Saturday, October 24, 2026.\nThe show is set for the Zagreb venue Primarius Craft Pivovara, and Timo promises a night of Stratovarius classics. In other words, an evening of timeless melodies from a legendary era. The one from the second half of the nineties, when power metal was slowly coming into full bloom.\nTimo Tolkki is known for plenty of solo work and projects, releasing and writing music that often follows the collision of classical music and metal.\nBut he’s best known as the man who founded Stratovarius in the eighties and carried them through the nineties on the wings of unforgettable studio albums, with “Episode” (1995), “Visions” (1996), “Destiny” (1998) and “Infinite” (2000) standing out in particular, putting them on the world map. That made Stratovarius one of the central power metal bands, whose character and output also shaped the later boom of symphonic and power metal.\n\n\n
