CoreLeoni, the hard rock outfit led by guitarist Leo Leoni, frontman of Swiss hard rock icons, will release a new studio album, “Generection”, on September 11, 2026 via Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM).
The first single, Generation Rock, is streaming below, complete with a music video directed by Maurizio del Piccolo (Moviedel Italia Productions).
The band had this to say about the new single:
“Of all the tracks on »Generection«, Generation Rock is the most representative, because it captures the generational spirit of the album perfectly. The riff cuts like a knife, while the lightning-fast rhythm forces heads into some seriously unavoidable headbanging. Weaving together raw power and analog warmth, the new single unites generations through a shared dream. And what do they have in common? The music itself, full of emotion that burns in the heart of Leo Leoni.”
All the music and lyrics on the album were written by D. Leoni and Leo Leoni.
The album was recorded at Yellowhouse studio (Cagiallo, Switzerland), produced by Leo Leoni, mixed by Charlie Bauerfeind and mastered by Sascha “Busy” Bühren.
