Karnivool, the Australian progressive rockers, dropped their new album “In Verses” on February 6, 2026 via Cymatic Records/Sony Music. It’s the band’s first record in thirteen years, since its predecessor “Asymmetry” came out. To celebrate the release, the band also put out a lyric video for the single Reanimation. Check it out below.
After a long run of touring in support of “Asymmetry”, which earned the band an ARIA Award, Karnivool revealed back in 2019 that they were working on material for a new album. The tour marking the tenth anniversary of “Sound Awake”, announced in February 2020, was canceled because of the pandemic, and in 2021 all shows outside Western Australia were called off as well. Instead, the band livestreamed their gigs. In December 2021, the new single All It Takes came out.
“In Verses” was produced by Forrester Savell.
