Signum Regis, the Slovak melodic power metallers who also soak up plenty of symphonic and progressive elements, formed back in 2007, are announcing their new album “Beyond Spacetime”, their eighth studio record overall, due out on October 9, 2026 via Fireflash Records.
“Beyond Spacetime” features a whole cast of vocalists. Naturally, there are the band’s two singers, current frontman Mayo Petranin and his predecessor Jota Fortinho, plus a garrison of well-known names from the metal world: Ripper Owens (ex-Judas Priest), Matt Smith (Theocracy), Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear), Johnny Gioeli (Hardline, Axel Rudi Pell), Tasos Lazaris (Steel Arctus, White Wizzard) and David Åkesson (Symphonity, Quantice). It’s also worth adding that the guitar solo on the first single, Throne Of Gold, comes courtesy of the excellent Belarusian guitar virtuoso Victor Smolski (Almanac, ex-Rage).
You can check out the single Throne Of Gold (ft. Matt Smith (Theocracy) & Victor Smolski) below.
The album’s final mastering was handled by Miro Kiiski (Beast In Black, Hypocrisy).
