Subsignal, the German-Dutch progressive rock quartet based in Munich, are back after a longer break with some encouraging news: the lineup has been rebuilt and a new studio album is in the works.
The band, who released their sixth studio album “A Poetry Of Rain” in 2022 via Gentle Art Of Music/Soulfood, say vocalist Nick Holleman has joined their ranks. He previously played in Vicious Rumors, Trance and his own project Powerized. Keyboardist David Bertok is also back in the fold, having already played on the last album, “A Poetry of Rain”.
The band also announce that the first single from the album, Hiraeth, will drop on March 4, 2026 via the label mentioned above. After that, they say, they’ll be focusing on writing material for the new studio album and playing live.
