Trailight, the Canadian prog metallers from British Columbia, are back with a fresh original single, Leaf On The River, which you can check out below.
The new single follows Wheels, a standalone single released in December 2025, and the band is dropping hints that new material is in the works for their sixth studio album.
The new single was written by the band’s multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Omer Cordell, who played everything on the track himself and produced it too.
The single was recorded at Black Cat studio (Vancouver Island, British Columbia).
Omer Cordell and Cory McBain handled the mix, with the latter taking care of the mastering as well.
The band’s latest and fifth studio album, “Mirrors”, came out in 2023.
