Accept Unveil Single “Balls To The Walls” (ft. Rob Hallford, Matthias Jabs, Rex Brown & Jason Bowld)
Accept, the German heavy metal legends celebrating 50 years together, will release the compilation “Teutonic Titans 1976–2026” on September 4, 2026 via Austrian label Napalm Records. It’s a collection of freshly re-recorded band classics, with a whole crowd of big names from the global heavy metal scene joining Accept as special guests to help reimagine these tracks.
The compilation will feature 19 refreshed classics and a whopping 50 guest musicians. It’s produced by legendary sound producer Chris “Zeuss” Harris, who will also handle the mixing and mastering.
Tobias Forge (Ghost) guests on Save Us (from the album “I’m A Rebel”, 1980), with Korn drummer Ray Luzier behind the kit on that one. Philip Anselmo (Pantera), Kirk Hammett (Metallica) and Mikkey Dee (Scorpions) team up on Fast As A Shark (“Restless And Wild”, 1982). The new version of the classic Balls To The Wall wows with the vocal range of Rob Halford (Judas Priest), while Matthias Jabs (Scorpions) jumps in on guitar, and the revamped Love Child features Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) and David Ellefson (Megadeth) – both tracks come from the album “Balls To The Wall” (1983).
Other guest stars include K.K. Downing (Judas Priest), Bobby »Blitz« Ellsworth (Overkill), Hansi Kürsch (Blind Guardian), Chris Jericho (Fozzy), Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear), Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big), Ola Englund (The Haunted) and Jeff Loomis (Nevermore). The compilation also includes a new version of Hellhammer (“Eat The Heat”, 1989), performed by Accept’s current lineup: Wolf Hoffmann, bassist Martin Motnik, guitarist Philip Shouse and drummer Christopher Williams, joined on vocals by Jason McMaster (Dangerous Toys).
