Angelus Apatrida Unveil “Cycle Of Ruin,” the New Single from the Upcoming EP “The Reckoning”
Angelus Apatrida, a Spanish thrash metal fortress, are stepping into a new chapter after officially signing with Napalm Records. Formed in 2000, the Spanish quartet has spent more than two decades cementing its place as one of the leading forces on the international thrash metal scene. They’ve played huge festivals like Wacken Open Air, Hellfest, Graspop and Download, and built a reputation as an absolutely killer live band. By the way, they’ve played in Slovenia ten times over the course of their career, most recently last April in Ljubljana.
Angelus Apatrida are now dropping the new single Cycle Of Ruin – their first for the new label Napalm Records. This devastating track mixes razor-sharp riffs, thundering vocals and an energetic mid-tempo groove, all capped off by a raging guitar solo barrage.
The new single comes from the band’s upcoming three-track EP, “The Reckoning,” due out on November 19. It’ll feature this very Cycle Of Ruin, the single Burn It Down, and a jagged cover of Sepultura’s original Propaganda. The cover is already up on streaming platforms too, and you can give it a spin below as well.
