Tyketto, the cult American glam metal and hard rock outfit, will release their sixth studio album “Closer To The Sun” on March 20 via Silver Lining Music. Coming back with the new record, Tyketto promise a package of impeccably polished rock anthems and a run of some of the best songs they’ve ever written in their career.
Below you’ll find the new video for the album’s title-track single “Closer To The Sun”. The video was directed by Andy Pilkington (Very Metal Art). The band announced the new album in mid-November last year with the single Higher Than High, followed by the We Rise video (both below).
“Closer To The Sun” was recorded at several studios across the UK and mainland Europe, including Flip Flop Studio and the legendary Welsh studio Rockfield. Joining charismatic frontman Danny Vaughn in the studio were guitarist Scott Elliott, keyboardist Ged Rylands, Thunder bassist Chris Childs and Doro drummer John Dee.
“Closer To The Sun” will be available in all formats and in a bunch of different variants, and you can already pre-order it.
