Doogie White (Ex-Rainbow) Is Coming to Zagreb on January 24, 2027
Zagreb’s Hard Place is set to become the epicenter of hard rock on January 24, 2027, as the famous Scottish vocalist Doogie White plays the venue for the very first time. He’s best known for singing on the last studio album by the legendary Rainbow (under Richie Blackmore’s leadership), “Stranger In Us All”, which came out way back in 1995!
Doogie promises that his new tour will focus on the classics from the “Stranger In Us All” album.
Stranger In Us All dropped at a time when the masses worldwide were fixated on completely different genre trends, so plenty of people overlooked it back then. But in the opinion of your humble writers and music experts alike, it’s definitely one of the heaviest albums in Rainbow’s history. It’s bursting with hits from start to finish, and just to name a few: Ariel, Wolf of the Mother and Black Masquerade.
Besides that album, the setlist from this world-class vocalist will also include material from other Rainbow classics, and Doogie White will once again show with this gig exactly why he’s ranked among the best live vocalists in hard rock and heavy metal!
So on January 24, 2027, a real musical treat awaits, made for all the true fans of hard rock and classic metal!
As always, you can grab ‘hard copy’ tickets at the Hard Place bar, while online ticket sales will kick off shortly through Entrio.hr!
The list of bands and artists Doogie has sung with over his career (besides Rainbow) is enormous. Let’s just point out the essential ones: Michael Schenker, Alcatrazz, Yngwie Malmsteen.
