Clutch, the beloved stoner and hard rock institution from Maryland, USA, have dropped a new original single and video for the track The Drifter Returns.
Clutch have already been playing this one at some shows on the current tour. Well, now it’s got the official release treatment too! Check out the video below.
Even though there’s no official release date yet for the upcoming studio record, one thing is for sure! Clutch are working on material for their 14th studio album, the follow-up to »Sunrise On Slaughter Beach« from 2022.
For the new album they’ve teamed up once again with Gene “Machine” Freeman, the Grammy-winning producer who has also worked with Lamb of God, Crobot and Four Year Strong in the past. For Clutch, Freeman produced the albums »Blast Tyrant« (2004), »Earth Rocker« (2013) and »Psychic Warfare« (2015).
