Inner Vitriol, the dark progressive metallers from Bologna, Italy, will release their new studio album “Semper Tacui” on March 20, 2026. It’s a concept record centered on time, and it’s coming out via Hidden Store Records.
Below you’ll find the second single and video, for the track Waterfall. Earlier on, Inner Vitriol dropped the single Weaker And Fading, a duet featuring former Queensryche vocalist Geoff Tate as a special album guest.
The album was mixed by Marco Barusso (Lacuna Coil) and mastered by Marco D’Agostino (Lacuna Coil, Folkstone).

On April 14, 2026, Inner Vitriol will play Ljubljana’s Orto bar as the opening act for German power metallers Masterplan and Geoff Tate. Tate will be performing with his backing band and promises to play Queensryche’s entire “Operation: Mindcrime” album. More info is available HERE.
