John Corabi, the legendary hard rock vocalist who recently signed with Italy’s Frontiers Music Srl., will release his first solo studio album, “New Day”, on the label on April 24, 2026.

Below you can check out the second single from the upcoming album, the track When I Was Young. Before that, Corabi dropped the title track.

You can already pre-order “New Day”.

Corabi, known for his thunderous voice and the rich legacy he’s left behind in bands like Mötley Crüe, The Dead Daisies, Union and The Scream, has picked Marti Frederiksen as a close collaborator on the songwriting and production of the album. Frederiksen is also a longtime studio regular for The Dead Daisies.

Corabi promises a record in the style of the ’60s and ’70s, and the band he’s handpicked to back him in the studio includes, among others, his son Ian on drums.

John Corabi is a singer-songwriter and guitarist who burst onto the music scene in 1991 with The Scream on Hollywood Records. On an extensive tour across the United States, John caught the attention of radio, MTV, fans and critics with the songs Man In The Moon, I Believe In Me and Father Mother Son.

After Vince Neil left in 1992, Nikki Sixx of Mötley Crüe got in touch with John and asked him to join the band to write and record the self-titled 1994 album. While recording the next album, “Generation Swine”, in late 1996, Vince Neil returned to the band, and John formed Union with former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick.

Union hit the studio in 1998 and recorded their debut. John put out three albums with Union between 1998 and 2001. He then left Union and joined Ratt on their summer tour in 2001, handling guitar and backing vocals. From 2001 to 2008, John toured nonstop, then left the band and set out on his own.

In 2012, John released the acoustic album “Unplugged”, followed by the live album “Live 94, One Night In Nashville” in 2018, plus a handful of standalone tribute singles. In 2015, John got a phone call inviting him to join an all-star collective called The Dead Daisies, and since then he has recorded the albums “Revolución”, “Make Some Noise”, “Live And Louder”, “Burn It Down” and “Light Em’ Up” with them, along with the recently released blues covers record “Looking For Trouble”.
