Kühlschrank, the duo of Simon Fugina and Dejan Osterman, present their new song Padava, written for the KočevjeŠpila – DeKaGram compilation. It’s also a fresh peek at their upcoming second album, which is slowly filling up with new singles.
Padava is about passing time and the sense of estrangement we “fall” into as we age— when the surroundings we were used to start to change. The lyric-driven video is a collage of personal footage and archive material from online archive libraries, where foreign images blend with familiar places — much like in the song, where the known world slowly turns strange.
