Ozric Tentacles are back on September 18 with a new studio album, “Harmonic Mind”, coming out on Kscope Records.
“Harmonic Mind”, the band’s 17th studio album, is yet another chapter in the unstoppable evolution of Ozric Tentacles. Named after a geometric structure and the harmonic nature of existence, the record once again proves how the band can take a lavish wash of guitar melodies, complex rhythms, rich synth looping and a hypnotic groove and turn it all into the epic, psychedelic odyssey they’re known for.
Recorded in the band’s home studio and pieced together over time in Scotland, Devon and finally Glastonbury, “Harmonic Mind” brings a few new twists. The whole touring lineup takes part, including drummer Pat Garvey, bassist Corey Wallace, percussionist Paul Hankin and multi-instrumentalist Saskia Maxwell.
“Harmonic Mind” will come out on limited-edition purple vinyl (available exclusively from the official Ozrics & Kscope stores), classic black vinyl, translucent blue vinyl, CD and digital.
You can already pre-order it.
