Sickmind, the French groove death metal outfit, have released their latest studio album, »Babel Tower«, on their own label on October 9, 2026.
Sickmind, previously known as Silicium, thrive in a dark, dystopian world marked by themes of collapse, devastation and a planet on the brink of extinction. Drawing inspiration from post-apocalyptic imagery and an atmosphere of inescapable doom, the band uses its music to explore the darker sides of our civilization.
Below you can check out the new single and video for the album track New God.
The album also features Nicolas Alberny and Julien »Nutz« Deyres of Gorod, whose contributions amp up the album’s bleak vibe and uncompromising sound.
