Sleeping Pulse, the British-Portuguese prog rock duo, are unveiling a new single and video for the track The Butterfly Collector, which you can check out below.
The single comes from the band’s upcoming new studio album “Dreams & Limitations”, due out on June 5, 2026 (via Prophecy Productions), which follows their debut “Under The Same Sky” (2014) after more than ten years. Not long ago, the band also dropped the single Rise.
Sleeping Pulse are the duo of Englishman Mick Moss (Antimatter) and Portuguese musician Luís Fazendeiro (Painted Black). While Moss focuses exclusively on the lyrics and vocal lines, Fazendeiro handles all of the music. Together they craft a varied, modern brand of rock, firmly rooted in progressive rock, that brings in acoustic passages and electronic elements, among other things, and flirts with string arrangements and orchestrations.
You can already pre-order the album “Dreams & Limitations”.
The album was mixed by Peter Junge and mastered by Martin Sheer.
