Coldplay

Coldplay's third concert release, simply titled "Live 2012", is their first in nine years and captures the band's current live spirit as they wrap up promotion for their latest studio album, "Mylo Xyloto".

Not pretentious at all, unlike its bombast-stuffed predecessor, but different, and every inch a Coldplay-sounding album, delivering the sonically most polished record in their discography.

Coldplay's fourth album, "Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends", came out in June. In November the British rockers followed it with a double-album deluxe edition that adds an EP on top.
