Cullum, Jamie

"Interlude" is the moment in a musician's career when Cullum got to shake off the "shackles" of writing his own material and relax into the studio, backed by a crew of brilliant jazz-schooled masters.

Jamie Cullum's musical character has matured another notch with this album, and with a ripe, polished record the guy holds down a great middle lane that brings together the tastes of younger, middle-aged and older listeners alike.
