These Wicked Rivers, British blues rockers from Derby who draw inspiration from the rich legacy of rock legends and the great names of the blues, will release their new and third studio album overall, “Fire And Folklore”, on October 2, 2026 via Fat Earth Records.
Below you’ll find the single and video for the album track Horse To Water.
“Fire and Folklore” was recorded in Belper, Derbyshire. Production duties were handled by Grammy-winning producer Andy Sneap (Judas Priest, Saxon) and Colin Richardson (Trivium, Massive Wagons, Those Damn Crows). “Fire and Folklore” goes beyond the band’s signature “wizard-blues rock” sound and heads into new sonic territory, weaving in shades of country and Southern melody, while keeping the groove and soul that define the band. The album also features country star Kezia Gill, who also hails from Derbyshire.
Guitarist Arran Day says of the upcoming album: “We’re so proud of this new collection of rock’n’roll magic we’ve created together. Every song reflects the strength of spirit and the love we want to share, so we can’t wait for you to spin the record and join our revolution.”
