Xandria, the symphonic power metal outfit, will release their new studio album “Eclipse” on 7.8.2026 via Napalm Records.
Xandria have packed the album with a whole bunch of guests. Subway to Sally violinist Ally Storch appears on Lore, while longtime friend of the band McAlbi lends his Celtic whistles to four tracks (“The Shannon’s Home”, “Northstar”, “Masquerade” and “Lore”). “The Last Generation” features a children’s choir, with piano courtesy of Richard Z. Wang, a Hollywood pianist who has worked at Hans Zimmer’s studio. On top of that, the band teamed up once again with the Sofia Session Orchestra & Choir, known for their work on countless film and TV scores, including His Dark Materials. All the songs were orchestrated by two Hollywood-based film composers: Lukas Geppert, who worked on the score for Nobody 2 and the latest Final Destination, and Ishaan Tyagi, who has contributed to productions like Wuthering Heights.
“Eclipse” will be available in all formats, and you can already pre-order it.
