Neal Morse Band, or NMB for short, are announcing a new studio album, their first since 2021’s “Innocence & Danger”.
The prog rock outfit says the new record, titled “L.I.F.T.”, is coming out on February 27 via InsideOut Music. The band has dropped a second video clip for Hurt People, the second single from the new album. It follows the earlier single Fully Alive. You can check out both below.
Joining Morse on the album are NMB’s regular lineup of Mike Portnoy (drums), Eric Gillette (guitar), Bill Hubauer (keyboards) and Randy George (bass).
Longtime companion and engineer Jerry Guidroz was in the studio with the band on the new album, which was recorded at Eric Gillette’s studio in Tulsa.
The artwork for the new album comes from Thomas Ewerhard. “L.I.F.T.” will be available as a limited-edition 2CD digipak (including instrumental versions), a standard CD in a jewel case, a gatefold 2LP vinyl, and in digital format too.
You can pre-order “L.I.F.T.” right now.
