Tokyo Blade, the cult N.W.O.B.H.M. outfit, will release their new studio album “Hoist The Colours High” on August 21, 2026 via Dissonance Productions.
With long-standing members Andy Boulton and Alan Marsh on board, “Hoist The Colours High” carries on the creative rebirth Tokyo Blade kicked off with the album “Time Is The Fire” and last year’s massive 4-CD retrospective box set.
With 14 new tracks, the legendary band proves why they remain one of the most respected names on the British metal scene. Blending classic heavy metal, musical catchiness and songwriting chops, Tokyo Blade are still full of fire, even in the mature era of their career.
Formed in 1982, Tokyo Blade quickly carved out an identity of their own with the classic albums “Tokyo Blade” and “Night Of The Blade”, winning over fans all around the world.
You can already pre-order “Hoist The Colours High”.
