Green Lung, the London stoner/doom metallers, are back with a new single, “Evil In This House”. The track, inspired by 1970s horror houses, also comes with a video (below).
With this one, the London five-piece goes back to their heavy, Black Sabbath-inspired sound, a contrast to the more progressive-leaning material on their last album, “This Heathen Land” from 2023.
The band has also shared details of their fourth studio album, Necropolitan, which is out September 11 on Nuclear Blast Records. The record was cut at the legendary Rockfield Studios in southeast Wales, where Black Sabbath, Rush, Queen, Motörhead, Judas Priest and Manic Street Preachers have all recorded in the past.
