Swedish melodic rock outfit M.ill.ion will release a new studio album, “Legend”, on April 24, 2026 via Escape Music.
The first single from the album, Kingmaker, is up for a listen below.
You can already pre-order “Legend”.
The album was produced by Mi.ll.ion themselves, with Martin Kronlund handling the mix and mastering.
M.ill.ion formed back in 1989. In 1992 they dropped their debut, »No.1«, a cult melodic rock record cut at the legendary PUK studio in Denmark. It climbed into the top 30 albums in Japan and earned glowing reviews. After that debut came the more experimental »We Ourselves & Us« and the full-on rocking »Electric«. Once again – a great reception! Hans Dalzon (Johansson at the time) was behind the mic on all three albums.
The band was revived in 2000, and with bassist B.J. Laneby at the helm, M.ill.ion put out four more albums through 2014: »Detonator«, »Kingsize«, »Thrill of the Chase« and »Sane & Insanity«. Then came a break.
Four original members got back together in 2020 on the band’s 30th anniversary. M.ill.ion released the ‘reunion’ album “Back In Track”, which featured four brand-new songs plus remixes and remastered versions of tracks from the band’s older catalog.
