"What could be better than closing out the concert year in one of the coziest venues around, in the company of one of Slovenia's hottest bands right now? Cerkno, bar Gabrijel and... Prismojeni profesorji bluesa, of course."

"'Family' was a sort of little blues lexicon of the band, an important work of affirmation. 'Wacky Blues Professors' feels a touch groovier and funkier, and its musical vision is stylistically more focused and chiseled."

The fire, the sharp wit and the seething inspiration show no sign of dying down, and the new album is another utterly fascinating chapter from a band that in many ways is taking on the status of top dogs, not just of the current Slovenian…

No two ways about it. You're left speechless. 40 years of Peter Lovšin, the living rock'n'roll fossil and a man who has seen every era of Slovenian rock'n'roll and then some. And this very March he also notched up his tenth studio album,…

Let's leave aside this country, which would rather collect money »For Europe« than for its own citizens and "Za kombi" ("For the Van"). Faith in rock 'n' roll beats everything, after all!
